Refund and Return Policy for NovaDisplayZone

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Items must not be marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted for a return.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds may take up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

At this time, NovaDisplayZone does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
